LAY PASTORAL MINISTRY

Trained lay persons visit clergy-identified parishioners at hospital and at home on a regular basis.  Home communion is administered as requested.

PRAYER MINISTRY TEAM

Confidential prayer line accepting requests by phone and email.  Members offer individual daily intercession and meet quarterly.

WORSHIP PRAYER TEAM

Provides prayer support during Holy Communion at the 10:30 am Sunday Service.  Also prays privately with individuals as needed.

PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY

Every stitch of the shawls and lap blankets are covered in love an prayer.  They are then blessed at the Altar and read as gifts to the sick, shut-in, newly baptized, etc.

INN FROM THE COLD

A volunteer-driven, winter shelter program delivered in partnership with several local churches during the months of November toApril  St. James opens its doors on Saturdays from 10pm - 8pm.

Organizes ecumenical services and provides support to community programs.

FUNDY INTERCHURCH FOOD BANK
